Licensing, Support & Maintenance
- A VLA is specific to each product that a company may produce, publish, sell or resell. A licensee that
produces, publishes, sells or resells more than one product that integrates data with FileBooks Link
must purchase a Volume license agreement for each product.
- Volume licensees are entitled to all minor updates free of charge including bug fixes, patches, and minor
feature improvements. Major upgrades will be issued periodically, on average once per year and may be
distributed for a fee determined at HAPPY Software’s discretion.
- Support is via email only and solely through the assigned contact at the licensing company. Customers of
the licensee must contact the licensee for all support.
